If you’d like to exchange your sneakers for a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Simply log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” select the product, and choose “Request Exchange.” Our team will arrange pickup and ship your replacement once the original item is received.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can click on that link to see real-time updates of your delivery status. You can also log in to your account on our website and check “My Orders” for tracking details.

Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact. Once approved, our courier partner will collect the product and process your exchange.
